Last week, we had an incredible opportunity to lead a fun and energetic sweat session for the TNB Kilat Club – and boy, did we bring the heat!
Armed with nothing but the ever-versatile resistance band, we showed just how simple yet effective it can be to break a sweat, stretch it out, and stay active.
